Our experience spans both sides of that problem: operating weapon systems where reliability is mission-critical, and delivering complex data platforms into defense, mission, and enterprise environments. Alex Berke

Co-founder & CEO

Alex has spent 15+ years at the intersection of data, risk, and mission, delivering complex technology solutions to government agencies and operators. He has held senior leadership roles across companies including Palantir, Dataminr, Sayari, and In-Q-Tel, helping build and scale technology businesses serving national security and other mission-critical organizations. His experience showed him firsthand that the hardest problem is no longer finding risk, but turning it into decisions operators can act on.

Mark Gooderum

Co-founder & CTO

Mark is a former Army Armor officer with firsthand experience operating the weapon systems Convoy is built to keep ready. He brings 25+ years of software engineering and executive leadership across companies including Google, Mandiant, and Forcepoint, building and scaling teams, products, and technology businesses. His career spans both sides of the problem: living the operational consequences of system readiness and building the software required to manage complex risk at scale.
